Challenge

Moving from in-person events to online marketing is a significant shift in partner strategy. Traditionally, AWS partners relied on face-to-face marketing, but Spring 2020 changed everything: social distancing ruled.

Committed to supporting their partners, the AWS EMEA Partner Marketing team tasked Luxid to create a range of online marketing tools, including webinars, ebooks, white papers, and more. The challenge was ambitious, requiring tight timelines and coordination across multiple concurrent projects with partners new to digital asset production.

Solution

Delivering a comprehensive suite of communications required more than just efficient resource management; it called for flexibility, so we could that could adapt on the fly. To support partners eager to master online marketing, we created new briefing documents and streamlined several processes. By working with partners’ experts, we distilled technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language and navigated complex co-branding challenges. This project showcased Luxid’s full range of capabilities, from designing campaigns to delivering digital events.

Streamlined processes meant we could focus on quality. Onboarding new clients and delivering exceptional work at speed is no small feat, but our agile approach made it a rewarding experience for all our team — earning excellent feedback from the 39 partners we worked with.
