The world-renowned IT brand Fujitsu is known for its reliable, efficient devices that are marketed to both consumers and businesses.

Challenge

Fujitsu‘s brand awareness in the Finnish B2B market was seen as too low, so it needed to create keyword advertising, aimed at the right target audience with the help of Google Ads. With most of the keyword advertising terms also used in the consumer market, targeting keyword ads was tricky.

Solution

We teamed up with Fujitsu to create a model of collaboration that truly shone. Starting with a clean-up of their advertising account, we built campaigns tailored to their goals. Following initial setup and iterative testing, we crafted ads that hit the mark with Fujitsu’s target audience. 

Our approach was all about experimenting — constantly testing keywords and ad versions to fine-tune results. With a foundation of mutual trust, Luxid and Fujitsu worked together to refine the project monthly, allowing us the freedom to innovate while keeping Fujitsu in the loop.

Results

The results speak for themselves: the CTR rose continually throughout 2019 doubled, then continued to grow. Now it clearly exceeds benchmarks set for the industry. 

Both visibility and clicks have increased as ads have been refined. A clear added benefit of customized ads for each keyword is that, as the quality of the ads goes up, their cost-per-click (CPC) comes down. The result: more and more traffic to the site, even when the budget stays the same.
